Recently signed up to the Home Breakdown cover and have been very impressed. The process from start to finish has been great and having been with British Gas for the last 4 years have seen a real difference in quality. Great to know I can call on a local company 24/7 to come and sort any issues going forward. Lets hope the service is like this throughout my cover.
With the cold weather coming I turned my boiler back on to find there was a fault. Called Drivers and within 24 hours I was back up and running. The engineer was brilliant and couldn't do enough to make sure everything was working and even got a call of the shop a week later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Thanks.
Never turn up when they say. Had to wait over a week for part had no hot water.
