Saw advertisement on TV last night with baby deals on nappies lotion wipes buds nappy sacks ect your store new nothing about it and staff weren't helpful she just said don't watch adverts on TV and walked of very disappointing no customer service I would have gone out of my way to help I was in retail for years you are there to help got no help and there was no staff on the shop floor had to ask staff on the tills
