We always receive a warm welcome from all the staff at the Morris Dancers whether we're popping in for a drink and a dessert (my treat!), or a special meal with friends or family. The staff always make an effort!
Really lovely meal. Okay, it's not going to get a Michelin Star any time soon but it is honest, great value food and drinks. We just had a meal with 7 adults (with drinks) and the whole lot came to 58. We had steaks, burgers, sizzling platters and a steak pie. All great.
Haven't been for a long time! It was a very busy lunch time when we arrived, most tables were full. When we asked about the vegetarian chilli, the staff were unsure of the contents, so they checked the folder (very helpful considering they were so busy).However the folder didn't really contain accurate enough information to say what the ingredients were. Again no fault of the staff but a little strange. Especially if someone has special dietary requests. Overall staff were very helpful, food wasn't very good but you get what you pay for. Avoid the side salad as it's very dry, no dressing and the salad wasn't fresh or refrigerated. Again, thanks to the staff for being helpful.
Good food and good for the children to play. If you connect to there Wi-Fi you get lots of good offers on both food and drink. Just been for a meal with a party of 15 and this place is getting better. Very friendly staff the food came quickly and everyone enjoyed it. Five star Pub.
Excellent value pub meal. Lots to choose from on menu. Great service, food was serviced In appropriate time. All meals were enjoyed. Drinks were very reasonably priced. A pint for less than 3! 2 cocktails for 6! Will return soon!Another excellent visit, great value pub food. I had the mixed grill on the fresh from the grill section on the menu. Excellent value for money. Great service for the price you pay.
