We had a very pleasant experience buying a second hand vehicle from Lloyd Colne. The salesman, John Edge, was personable and attentive. He clearly understands what customer service is about, and that a supplier's reputation can stand or fall on this, however good the product. The whole experience, which entailed travelling via train from Reading and a visit to Burnley, was really very enjoyable and the vehicle, a launch model M235 convertible as featured on the Parker's web site, great fun.
