Great service from Kyle!! He was amazing, had me in the car and on a test drive with in 5 minutes of looking! Very efficient! He was super approachable and nice to be around. He must have the best bargaining skills, because my nana, grandad and I only went to look and he had my grandad shaking his hand on a deal, if you ask anyone who knows my grandad they would give him a pat on the back, my grandads not the easiest person to win over!! So thank you so much, over all great experience all thanks to Kyle!! :)
Honest and trustworthy. Although not a phrase that is traditionally associated with used car sales I am happy to report that this is exactly the experience I had with Perrys. I recently bought a used Hyundai i30 from Tracy and although it drove perfectly on the test drive very soon after I got it home it developed a slipping clutch. I phoned Perrys and was expecting a standard 'not covered by the warranty mate' conversation. Instead I got an immediate apology and within 90 minutes a recovery vehicle arrived at my address to collect the vehicle. The next working day I received a telephone call advising that an oil seal had failed allowing oil to contaminate the clutch but that they had replaced this seal and installed a new clutch kit. Following a successful test drive by Perrys the car was returned to my home address. I received a follow up call checking that i was happy with the vehicle. I think it's important to note that there is no way that this fault could have been foreseen by Perrys. This is the sort of customer service that you hope to receive but so seldom do. I'll certainly be going back here when I next come to change a vehicle.
Excellent customer service from Tracy. Provided all the information needed to make a decision. Nothing too much trouble. Always available to answer queries. Had to wait longer than expected for new car but that was completely out of her control.
