First of all it is with much regret I have to do this review on first contact and picking up my car I was happy. But was told my car had a skoda app to connect to the phone after dealer trying to connect with no joy I went home to try no luck rang skoda and was told my car did not have this option. Secondly was told my finance on part exchange would be contra settled that day 15 days later 199 came out of my account. Rang garage and told it was settled finance companie said it was still live .my finance was settled 15th of January 1 full month after I picked up my new car I hav made over 20 phone calls to them I now have 137 back in my account but still have a short fall .because finance was not settled as promised on time not good enough and a lack of phone calls been returned I'm still waiting. But i do like my fabia but the joy of a new car been taken away by this experience.would appreciate just one call back to say my full amount is back in my account. None of this is my fault and to be made to feel like a pest is not nice was told i would have a phone call this morning but still nothing at 16.20 PM?
